Probate Court USA (probatecourtusa.com) is an independent reference website. It is not a court, clerk's office or government agency, is not affiliated with any of them, and is not a law firm. Nothing on this site is legal advice, and using it does not create an attorney–client relationship.
Accuracy and sources
Probate law and court procedures change. We show where each fact comes from — the court's own website, state statutes and court self-help pages, OpenStreetMap and official county websites — and the month it was last checked. Even so, information may be incomplete or out of date. Always confirm fees, forms, deadlines, addresses and opening hours with the court before you file or travel.
We never publish contact details we can't source. Where no open source lists a phone number or hours for an office, the page says so.
Calculators
The executor fee, small-estate and estate tax tools give estimates based on the statutes cited. They do not account for every deduction, exception or local rule. Do not rely on them for a filing or a tax return.
No referrals, no leads
We don't sell, collect or forward personal information, and we don't receive referral fees from lawyers. Links to legal-aid organisations and bar referral services are provided for convenience.
