Site delivery and tools
Cloudflare processes IP addresses and request metadata to deliver and secure this website. Calculator inputs run in your browser; the directory does not collect probate records, identity documents or estate values through these tools. Search uses the site's index. Theme preferences can be stored locally.
Maps and external links
Opening external court, map or legal-aid services sends your request and IP address to their operators. Their privacy policies apply. Do not submit confidential documents to this independent directory.
Advertising
Advertising is disabled until the publisher and a certified consent-management platform are configured. Google advertising scripts require explicit permissions through that platform. Use Privacy preferences in the footer to review or revoke choices. We do not claim that infrastructure logs are anonymous or that the old cookie banner authorizes advertising.
Contact and rights
Use Contact for corrections or privacy requests. Email is handled by the publisher's email provider. No contact message is automatically sent by this website.
